Rev. Isaac Braman (1770-1858) was born in Norton, Massachusetts and graduated from Harvard in 1794. He was ordained as the minister of the Congregational church in Georgetown (formerly the second parish in Rowley), Massachusetts in 1797 and served there until his death in 1858. Braman published several sermons during his lifetime, including ordination and fast-day sermons. His son, Milton P. Braman, also became a Congregational minister.
