My Christian Freinds I write these few lines to inform my Christian friends that I hope I have given myself to the Saviour and I have found him precious to my soul. In the year 1864 I attended the revival meeting's in Concord I felt very serious I felt that I was a great sinner in the sight of God I knew that I was not trying to please God the being whom I must serve if I would be happy. After one of the afternoon meetings Rev Mr Carles invited those that would like to become Christians to stop a few moments after meeting I stoped, he conversed and prayed
