Hannah Coleby's Relation. I have lived carelessly without God in the world, till last spring. Mr. Smith asked me if I did not think it was time for me to have a new heart?-If I remained without it, I must be miserable to eternity. The questions put me in great distress, to think that I had hid in this against God. I tried to keep it to myself. Some time after, I heard a sermon from these words, "Then shall ye return & discern between the righ -tious & the wicked &c" This I took all to myself. I saw myself to be very wicked. I was in great anguish of mind for considerable time. I labored to save myself-but found I could do nothing. My sins appeared so great, that I tho't there was no mercy for me. I was reading the Bible, one day, & these words appeared to me in a new & most pleasing light, "Come unto me, all ye that labor &c" I found a new way of salvation opened, which I had never thus apprehended before. I found a calmness of mind. I feared my conviction
