No. 180 Deborah Gisby's Rela tion of Chn Experience March 6, 1859 _________ In my early years the influences of the Holy Spirit were felt upon my heart, urging one to turn from the ways of Sin, and enter the service of Christ; but, those gracious invitations were refused, & I still continued in the ways of disobedience. In the Spring of 1850 God brought some persons in this place to feel their need of a Saviour: __ at first, I was opposed to this work of God's Spirit, but soon my own heart was brought to consider the great question, "What shall I do to be saved?" I felt that it was time I sought that Saviour whom others were seeking - that I had not that love to Him which He required - that I had never walked in the yay of His commands.
